Support Agreements

For anyone running a small or medium-sized business, a Support Agreement or Support Contract can guarantee peace of mind. Would you rather have a budgeted service amount per month? Get a reduced price for a two year term. Complimentary email support comes with the purchase of every Support Agreement. Complimentary email support for Per-Incident support is available for 45 days from the date of payment.

Basic Support
Available for Websites, as well as Office, Home Office, and Performance computers
Up to 4 hours per month (or 16 hours per quarter), with ability to carry forward unused time 1 month (provided subscription is continued)
Response within 1 business day
All correspondance via e-mail to the designated customer representative

Advanced Support
Available for Websites, as well as Office, Home Office, and Performance computers
Up to 9 hours per month (or 36 hours per quarter), with ability to carry forward unused time 1 month (provided subscription is continued)
Response within 1 business day

Enterprise Support
Up to 25 hours / per month, with ability to carry forward unused time 1 month (provided subscription is continued)
Incidents are limited to supported features
Response within 4 business hours
